At Noni The Label, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
